§ 154.086 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses and structures shall be permitted in the “R1” Single-Family Residential District:

   (A)   Site-built single-family dwellings;

   (B)   Modular homes;

   (C)   Public park and recreation areas; and

   (D)   Public utilities and services required by the resident population.
