(A) The regulations set forth by this chapter within each district shall be minimum regulations and
shall apply uniformly to each class or kind of structure or land, except as hereinafter provided.
(B) (1) The district regulations included in this chapter may be qualified or supplemented by additional regulations appearing elsewhere in this chapter.
(2) Any use or uses not expressly permitted in a particular district shall be prohibited, unless such uses are existing at the effective date of these regulations and qualify as non-conforming uses, or unless a conditional use permit is granted as provided for in § 154.366 of these regulations.
(3) The Board of Adjustment may establish additional requirements and standards for uses and structures permitted by conditional use permit as provided for in § 154.366 of these regulations.
