§ 154.023 RULES FOR INTERPRETATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   Where uncertainty exists with respect to the various zoning districts as shown on the Official Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply.
   (A)   The district boundaries are the center lines of streets, alleys, and highways, rights-of-way, railroad rights-of-way, waterways, lot lines, property lines, quarter section lines, half section lines, or full section lines, unless otherwise shown.
   (B)   Where the designation on the Official Zoning Map indicates the various districts are approximately bounded by lot lines, the lot lines shall be the boundaries of such districts unless boundaries are otherwise indicated on the map
