§ 154.001 TITLE; EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   This chapter shall be known and referred to as “The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Milbank, South Dakota”.
   (B)   This chapter went into full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, publication,
and effective date, being April 18, 2022, according to state codified law.
