§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for violation of which a penalty is not otherwise definitely prescribed herein, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
