§ 150.048 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (A)   The Code Official(s) are authorized to enter the structure or premises at reasonable times to inspect, subject to constitutional restrictions on unreasonable searches and seizures.
   (B)   If entry is refused or not obtained, the Code Official(s) are authorized to pursue recourse as provided by law.
