§ 32.37 UNIFORMS; CONDUCT.
   Each police officer when on duty shall wear the insignia of his or her office on his or her outer garments in a conspicuous place, except when occasion may require that it not be exposed; and must be quiet, civil, and orderly in his or her conduct and deportment and refrain from violent, profane, obscene, and insolent language, and abstain from intoxicating liquors, insubordination, and dereliction of duty. It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to make complaint to the City Administrator of any violations of this section immediately upon obtaining knowledge thereof.
