It is unlawful for any person or persons to keep, own, conduct, or maintain any house, tent, booth, shanty, room, building, or other place where roulette, faro, keno, or gift enterprise, by whatever name it may be called, or gambling device of any character, or game of chance as provided in § 132.01 is practiced or carried on, or allowed to be practiced or carried on in the city.
