§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, specifically § 113.03, for violation of which a penalty is not otherwise definitely prescribed herein, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who operates or causes to be operated a cannabis establishment without a valid license or in violation of this article is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for ordinance violations. Such violations are punishable by a maximum fine of $500. Each day a cannabis establishment so operates is a separate offense or violation.
