§ 32.21 ELECTIVE OFFICERS.
   The Fire Department shall elect a Secretary and Treasurer from its own number, and each company shall elect from its own members a one Chief, two Assistant Chiefs, and six Captains, and the duties of each elective officer shall be prescribed by by-laws to be adopted by the Department.
