§ 111.081 RETAIL DEALERS; FEES.
   Fees are established for retail dealers in alcoholic beverages other than malt beverages: off-sale dealer includes any person who sells, or keeps for sale, any alcoholic beverages other than malt beverage for consumption off the premises where sold.
