The governing body may issue a hotel and conference center license to any hotel, motel, or conference center that meets the following criteria:
(A) Has available for rent at least 15 suitable lodging accommodations;
(B) Has available for rent meeting space to accommodate at least ten individuals;
(C) A facility holding this license shall not derive more than 10% of its revenue from the sale of malt beverages. The city has the right to request documentation to verify this at any time that it deems necessary;
(D) State video lottery will not be allowed in facilities holding this license; and
(E) License fee will be the same as what is established by state law for other on-sale/off-sale malt beverage licenses.
