§ 111.044 ON-SALE DEALER; SANITARY FACILITIES.
   (A)   Every on-sale dealer and every dealer in malt beverages shall maintain in good working order upon his or her licensed premises toilets, properly connected with the city sewer system, and he or she shall maintain thereon separate toilet facilities for men and women. In each such toilet room, there shall be maintained running water and towels for use by the users of such facilities.
   (B)   Every on-sale dealer shall have his or her bar equipped with and use drain boards and sinks for the washing of glasses and bar equipment. The same shall be constructed of copper or monel metal; the sink and drainboard shall be connected with the city sewer system, and there shall be installed, and maintained in the sink, running water for use therein; all glassware and other container used in serving alcoholic beverages or malt beverage shall be rinsed in a disinfectant solution; and the same shall then be thoroughly washed, rinsed, and dried before being reused.
