§ 111.040 LICENSE FEE FOR VIDEO LOTTERY MACHINES.
   A fee in the amount of $50 per video lottery machine is established for all persons licensed for the on-sale sale malt beverages and are issued a video lottery establishment licensed by the state. The fee is an annual fee to be paid at the same time and in the same manner as the fees paid for licenses to sell malt beverages on-sale.
