§ 111.028 MEMORIAL DAY; ON-SALE LIQUOR.
   On-sale licensee, licensed under SDCL 35-4-2(4), (6), (11), and (13), may be open to the public, may sell, serve, or allow to be consumed on the premises, alcoholic beverages between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Memorial Day.
