§ 111.022 RETAIL DEALERS; FEES.
   Classifications and fees are established for retail dealers in alcoholic beverages other than malt beverages: on-sale dealer includes any person who sells, or keeps for sale, any alcoholic beverage other than malt beverages for consumption on the premises where sold.
