§ 32.01 CREATED; AUTHORITY.

   There is created a Planning and Zoning Commission for the city with all powers, authorities, jurisdictions, and duties set forth in SDCL Chapter 11, as amended, and such other powers, jurisdictions, and duties as are incident and necessary to carrying out the purposes of such chapter and the ordinance codified herein.
