§ 110.07 SHOWS; OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT.
   It is unlawful for any person or persons to exhibit, conduct, or manage any entertainment, public show, theater, concert, menagerie, public or bowery dance, circus or sideshow, merry-go-round, swing, Ferris wheel or other like devise, throwing or other game, or performance without first obtaining a permit therefor, provided that no permit shall be required for home entertainments, nor entertainments given for religious, educational, or charitable purposes, nor for any agricultural fair or races given under the auspices of said fair or any driving park association of the County of Grant, nor for the sale of refreshments at such fair or races by the proprietors thereof, nor for the entertainment for churches, schools, or Fire Department.
