§ 96.22 BICYCLING.
   (A)   Bicycle riders in the parks shall abide by the ordinances governing the operation and equipment of bicycles, except bicycling need not be limited to paved areas.
   (B)   Bicyclists are required to operate their bicycles in a prudent manner and with due regard for the safety of others and the preservation of park property.
