(A) Permits to be in the park after hours or for reservation of special area usage or for closure of the park for the use of a non-profit organization or as allowed in this chapter shall be obtained from the Director before the time the activity is to take place.
(B) Requests for permits shall be made in writing and when a permit is granted or refused, notice of the action taken shall be given to the Police Chief and the requesting party.
