§ 31.32 CONTRIBUTIONS.
   The employees who are eligible under the retirement system shall contribute to the South Dakota Retirement System (SDRS) the amount required by the rules of the state’s retirement system. The city shall contribute to the SDRS the amount required under the rules of the state’s retirement system. The City Finance Officer shall forward the amounts required from employees and the city to the SDRS.
