§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.12 shall be, upon conviction or a plea of guilty, subject to a penalty as prescribed in § 10.99.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 93.25 to 93.27 shall, on conviction, be punished pursuant to the provisions of § 10.99. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue constitutes a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.

      (2)   Each day a violation of § 93.27 is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense as a misdemeanor and the penalty for such offense shall be the same as those provided for in § 10.99.

   (F)   Any person who willfully, maliciously, or wantonly injures, defaces, destroys, or cuts down any tree, shrubs, or flowers being or growing upon any street, alley, highway, in any public park or upon any public grounds, or upon any premises belonging to another within the city shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
