§ 92.001 STREET NAMES; PLATTED AND DESIGNATED.
   The names of the streets and avenues of the city shall be known and designated by those names shown upon the several plats of the divisions and subdivisions of the city within its corporate limits, filed and of record in the office of the County Register of Deeds.
