§ 91.075 REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL.
   If the owner shall fail to comply with the decision or order of the Code Official or City Administrator and shall also fail to make application for appeal within 20 days after the decision, notice, or order was served, the Code Official or City Administrator shall report the violation and failure to comply with the City Council.
