§ 91.059 PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   If the decision of the Code Official or City Administrator is upheld, the City Council shall declare the property to constitute a public nuisance and the Council shall direct the Code Official or City Administrator to institute the appropriate proceedings at law or equity to restrain, correct, or abate the same according to law.
