§ 90.61 REDEMPTION FROM SHELTER.
(A)The Chief of Police may utilize privately operated animal boarding facilities for the purpose of animal control, and the fees charged shall be by resolution.
(B)When the owner or claimant of any dog, cat, or other animal impounded shall desire to redeem any dog, cat, or other animal, such dog, cat, or other animal may be released upon payment of all related fees.
