SCHEDULE I. PARKING LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   It is unlawful and illegal for any person to park or leave unattended any motor vehicle on the north side of Huron Street, abutting the St. Lawrence Catholic Church parking.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of this division (A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and the penalty for each and every violation shall be the same as those provided for in § 10.99.
