§ 73.27 RESPONSIBILITY FOR REMOVAL.
   Upon proper notice, the owner of the abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, inoperative, junked, or partially dismantled motor vehicle and the owner or occupant of the private property on which the same is located shall be jointly and severally liable for its removal.
