§ 73.02 BRAKES AND SIGNALING DEVICE.
   Every motor vehicle, before being driven or operated upon any street of this city, shall be provided with adequate brakes and the same shall be in good working order and sufficient to control such vehicle at all times when in use, an adequate bell or horn or other device for signaling, and directional turn signals.
