§ 71.46 CONTROLLED INTERSECTIONS.
   At intersections where traffic is controlled by traffic-control signals or by traffic signs or police officers, a pedestrian shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles lawfully proceeding directly ahead on a “go” signal and the operator of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians crossing or those who have started to cross the street, at all times when a “stop” signal has been given to vehicular traffic.
