§ 71.30 ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS. All streets or highways within the city which are a part of any regularly designated state highway of the state and Main Street north of Fifth Avenue.
