§ 71.19 VEHICLES IN PUBLIC PARK AREAS.
   (A)   It is unlawful and illegal for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle, snowmobiles, and other off-road vehicles upon any of the public lands and park areas of the city other than at designated roadways or public streets provided for such use, unless such operation is specifically authorized elsewhere by city code or ordinance.
   (B)   The only exception to this prohibition shall be for maintenance vehicles driven in the course of repairs, maintenance, or city purposes for the benefit of the parks and public ground areas.
