§ 71.11 DRIVING THROUGH PROCESSIONS.
   No driver of any vehicle shall drive through or otherwise interfere with any funeral or other authorized procession in any of the streets, and it is the duty of any persons driving any vehicle to stop when reaching a street on which such a procession is passing and wait until the procession has entirely passed by.
