§ 71.07 BACKING.
   It is unlawful to back a vehicle around a corner at an intersection, or into an intersection of public streets. No vehicle shall be backed without ample warning first having been given, and, while backing, care must be exercised not to injure persons or vehicles, and shall not block traffic.
