§ 71.03 VEHICLE MOVEMENT WHILE BEING OVERTAKEN.
   The operator of a vehicle about to be overtaken upon a street and passed by another vehicle approaching from the rear shall give way to the right in favor of the overtaking vehicle on suitable and audible signal given by the driver of the overtaking vehicle and shall not increase the speed of his or her vehicle until completely passed by the overtaking vehicle.
