§ 71.14 USE OF HELMETS.

While not mandatory, bicycle, skateboard and roller-blade operators are encouraged to wear protective helmets; especially those operators under the age of 16. These helmets should meet or exceed the standards set by the American Standards Institute (AMSI), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) or the Snell Foundation.
