§ 53.01 CONNECTION REQUIRED FOR BUILDING PERMIT.
   (A)   Prior to the issuance of a building permit to any individual, firm, limited liability company or corporation for construction or placement of a business or residential building or amenity upon property located within the limits of the town, the person, firm, limited liability company or corporation shall be required to obtain a permit from the Clerk/Treasurer to connect to the town's wastewater collection and treatment system.
   (B)   The enforcement officer shall not be authorized to issue any request for a building permit in the town without the prior issuance of a permit as required hereunder.
   (C)   The President of the Town Council and the Clerk/Treasurer are specifically authorized to do and perform any and all activities which may be necessary and appropriate to accomplish the purposes of this section.
   (D)   This section shall not be deemed to have revoked, modified or amended in any respect the provisions of any use ordinance governing the use of the wastewater collection and treatment system of the town, it being and intended that this section be deemed supplemental and in aid of the provisions of all other applicable ordinances.
