The town reserves the right to terminate service without prior notice to the customer:
(A) To repair or replace lines and equipment;
(B) In the event the town's supply of water is terminated or suspended;
(C) In the event the customer has violated any of the rules and regulations of the town governing the system;
(D) For non-payment for service when payment is due; and
(E) For any other condition on the customer's property which at the discretion of the town appears to constitute an unlawful or unsafe condition.
