§ 150.08 WRITTEN NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   The Council or its designee, after posting an order to vacate a property, shall, in addition to I.C. 36-7-9-25, serve to the owner, agent or person in control of the property, a written notice listing the violations that caused this order to be issued and the action that this order requires.
