§ 150.04 UNSAFE BUILDING FUND.
   (A)   An Unsafe Building Fund is hereby established in the operating budget of the town in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-14.
   (B)   Money in the Unsafe Building Fund shall be held and distributed in accordance with state law and pursuant to the instruction of the Town Controller.
