§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not to exceed $2,500.
   (B)   All fines collected pursuant to division (A) above shall be deposited in a special fund for reimbursement to qualified owners of expenses incurred pursuant to this chapter.
