In the event that cable internet services are determined by applicable law to be classified as a service other than a cable service, and applicable law specifically allows the grantor to collect a fee on such service, the grantee and grantor shall enter into discussions to determine fees on cable internet services. Any fee determined by mutual agreement of both parties shall be consistent with those applied to all other providers of similarly classified services in the service area so as not to competitively disadvantage the grantee in the marketing of its services.
