13-2-10: TERM OF FRANCHISE; RENEWALS:
   A.   A franchise agreement shall establish the term of franchise. A franchise agreement may provide for a term of up to fifteen (15) years.
   B.   Franchise renewals shall be in accordance with applicable law including, but not necessarily limited to, the cable communications policy act of 1984, as amended. The grantor and a grantee, by mutual consent, may enter into renewal negotiations at any time during the term of the franchise. (Ord. 1241, 6-18-2001)
