In the development of any subdivision, the following erosion and sedimentation control regulations shall be observed:
A. The developer shall protect the development site from soil erosion and shall protect downstream property from sedimentation deposits during the construction of the subdivision.
B. Practices contained in "Procedures And Standards For Urban Soil Erosion And Sedimentation Control In Illinois" shall be employed in the preparation of an erosion and sedimentation control plan which shall be approved by the appropriate village official prior to any earth disturbing activity taking place.
