A. Width: Blocks shall be sufficiently wide to accommodate two (2) tiers of lots having the minimum depth required by the zoning district regulations; provided, that this requirement may be waived in blocks adjacent to local collector or collector streets, railroads, or watercourses.
B. Length: No block shall be longer than one thousand feet (1,000') nor shorter than three hundred feet (300'). (Ord. 1334, 4-18-2005)
