12-4-4: MONUMENTS:
   A.   Materials, Size And Location Of Monuments:
      1.   Concrete cylinders or rectangular prisms, not less than four inches (4") in diameter or square and forty two inches (42") long, shall be set at the extreme corners of subdivisions.
      2.   Steel pins, not less than one-half inch (1/2") in diameter and thirty inches (30") long, with a survey marker cap showing the land surveyor's registration number, shall be set at locations in accordance with the plat act.
      3.   The intersection of two (2) right of way lines at corner lots shall terminate at a tangent to a curve having a minimum radius of fifteen feet (15').
   B.   Resetting Monuments: Any monuments disturbed by construction or grading shall be reset. (Ord. 1334, 4-18-2005)
