When used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR: | Means and includes any person engaged in the business of installing, erecting or repairing, or contracting to install, erect or repair, electrical equipment. |
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT: | Conductors and equipment installed for the utilization of electricity supplied for light, heat or power, but does not include radio apparatus or equipment for wireless reception of sounds and signals, and does not include apparatus, conductors and other equipment installed for or by public utilities, including common carriers which are under the jurisdiction of the state commerce commission for use in their operation as public utilities.
