9-4-7: ELIMINATION OF EXISTING CROSS CONNECTIONS:
Within one year from the effective date hereof, all existing cross connections to the water supply systems shall be eliminated. The expense of such elimination shall be that of the owner of the property on which such cross connection exists. (Ord. 955, 6-20-1988)
