6-2-10: REIMBURSEMENT BY STATE:
The state shall reimburse the village for the compensation actually paid by the village to members of the ESDA of a mobile support team while such members are serving outside the village in response to a call by the governor or state director of EMA, all as provided by law. (1983 Code § 2-4-6; amd. 2011 Code)
