Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4B-1 of this code. Each and every consecutive subsequent day that the nuisance is not removed will constitute a separate violation and will be subject to another separate fine in the minimum amount as provided in said section 1-4B-1 without further notice.
